What is the workflow of blister packaging?

    1. The raw materials of blister packaging mainly include: PVC, PS, PP, PET, PETG and flocking, antistatic, conductive and other materials. Blister packaging products mainly include: blister, tray, plastic box, synonym: vacuum cover, blister and so on.


    2. Blister packaging equipment mainly includes: blister packaging machine, plastic forming machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high frequency machine and folding machine. The packaged products formed by the package can be divided into: card, suction card, double bubble shell, half bulb shell, double folded bulb shell, three fold bulb shell and the like.


    3, blister packaging workflow:

    a. Mold making and processing: According to the requirements or sample specifications, firstly, the pipeline centrifugal pump is used to make plastic molds. Under normal conditions, the plastic packaging molds are made by gypsum, but the wood carving and metal carving products are also used as molds and plasters. After the mold is made, let it dry naturally or completely, and then use the 1-2 mm drill to drill a lot of small holes in the low recess without affecting the appearance of the product packaging, according to the specific conditions of the surface of the product. For products such as boxes, it is necessary to drill some small holes in the four circumferences so that the air can be extracted when the plastic is produced.     b. After the mold is completely dried, the mold is loaded into the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, and then the plastic sheet is loaded into a suitable size according to the size of the mold, and then the sheet is placed in a heating wooden cabinet to be completely fixed. Then, the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet are placed on a constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.

    c. Put the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, activate the suction switch, and vacuum the vacuum chamber air. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or process mold as the mold is obtained.

    d. Blister packaging and finishing; the finished products are trimmed and finished as finished products, which can be sold after packaging.
