What is plastic blister?

Packaging: A general term for the production of plastic products by the blister process and packaging of the products with the corresponding equipment. Blister packaging products mainly include: blister, tray, plastic box, synonym: vacuum cover, blister and so on. Packaging equipment mainly includes: plastic molding machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high frequency machine, folding machine. The packaged product formed by the package can be divided into: card, suction card, double bubble shell, half bulb shell, double folded bulb shell, three fold bulb shell and the like.

Bubble shell: The transparent plastic hard sheet is made into a transparent plastic with a specific convex shape by a blister process, and covers the surface of the product to protect and beautify the product. Also known as blister, vacuum cover

Tray: Also called plastic inner support, plastic plastic sheet is made into plastic with specific groove by blister process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product.

Flocking inner support: It is a plastic tray with special materials. It attaches a layer of fluffy material to the surface of ordinary plastic hard film, so that the surface of the tray has a velvety feel, which is used to improve the grade of packaging.

Antistatic tray: It is a plastic tray with special material. The surface resistance of this material is less than 10 11 ohms. Mainly used for plastic trays for electronic and IT products.

Mold: The mold for blister production, the lowest cost is the plaster mold, followed by the electroplated copper mold, the most expensive is the aluminum mold. The mold is drilled with small holes for vacuum adsorption of the heated hard sheets to form a blister product.

Molding: It is the blister that we often talk about. The plastic soft sheet that is heated and softened is absorbed on the surface of the mold by a plastic forming machine. After cooling, the plastic is formed into a concave-convex shape.

Cutting: Plastic products after plastic forming, through a punching machine, cut large sheets into individual products by knife die.

Folding: There is a kind of blister packaging in the blister packaging. The three sides of the blister are folded to the back with a folding machine, so that in the next packaging process, the paper card is inserted into the hem to form a card package.
