What is blister?

Blister, a plastic processing technology, the main principle is to soften the flat plastic sheet material after heating, vacuum adsorption on the mold surface, cooling and forming. Widely used in the interior and exterior packaging of electronics, hardware, food, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, electrical accessories and other industries.

Blister packaging, the general term for the production of plastic products by the blister process, and the packaging of the products with the corresponding equipment. Blister packaging products include: blister, tray, plastic box, synonymous with vacuum cover, blister and so on. Blister packaging equipment mainly includes: plastic molding machine, cutting machine, sealing machine, high frequency machine, folding machine. The packaged products formed by the package can be divided into: insert, suction card, double blister, half blister, double blister, tri-fold blister, and the like.

Bubble shell: The transparent plastic sheet is made into a transparent plastic package with a specific convex shape by a blister process, and is covered on the surface of the product to protect and beautify the product, also known as a blister or a vacuum cover.

Tray: Also called plastic inner support, plastic plastic sheet is made into plastic packaging with specific groove by blistering process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product.

Flocking inner support: It is a plastic support with special material, which attaches a layer of fluffy material to the surface of ordinary plastic hard film, so that the surface of the tray (with tray) has a velvety feel, which is used to improve the product. Packing grade.

Anti-static tray: It is a plastic tray with antistatic material. The plastic sheet is added with anti-static material. The surface resistance of the material is less than 1011Ω. It is mainly used for packaging and transportation of electronic products to prevent static electricity from being generated during transportation. product.

Blister mold: A mold for blister production. The mold is drilled with small holes for adsorbing the heated hard sheets to form a blister product. The plastic mold is divided into a plaster mold electroplating copper mold and an aluminum mold. The plaster mold is mainly used for the board to give samples to the customer for confirmation, and then the electroplated copper mold is produced after confirmation. Generally, the aluminum mold is used for a plastic product with high customer requirements or large order quantity, and the function is that the mold is not easily damaged, and the appearance line is more beautiful.

Blister molding: It is the blister that we usually talk about. The plastic sheet softened by heating is vacuum-adsorbed onto the surface of the mold by a plastic forming machine. After cooling, a plastic packaging product with irregular shape is formed.

Blister cutting: Plastic products after plastic forming are cut by punching, and the blister products that are connected together are cut into individual products by knife die.

Folding: There is a kind of blister packaging product called insert card packaging. You need to use the folding machine to fold the three sides (or four sides) of the blister to the back with a folding machine, so that the paper card will be used in the next process. Insert the inside of the fold, and pack the small smelly paper card.

Heat sealing: It is a blister packaging process in which a paper card coated with a plastic oil is heat-sealed together with a blister to form a blister card package.

High-frequency sealing: It is a blister packaging process. A high-frequency machine is used to generate high-frequency, and the blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister blister.

Ultrasonic sealing: It is a blister packaging process. Ultrasonic machine is used to generate ultrasonic waves. The blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister package. Unlike high frequency sealing, ultrasonic can not only seal PVC or PET. -G material, can also seal A-PET
