What is PVC?

PVC is polychloride.

Basic characteristics:

It is one of the largest plastic products in the world. It is cheap and widely used. Polychloroethyl dilute resin is a white or light yellow powder. According to different uses, different additives can be added, and polychloroethylate plastics can exhibit different physical and mechanical properties. A variety of hard, soft and transparent products can be made by adding a suitable amount of plasticizer to the polychloroethyl dilute resin.

The density of pure polychloroethylene is 1.4 g/cm3, and the density of polychloroethylene plasticizers with plasticizers and fillers is generally 1.15-2.00 g/cm3.

Hard PC-B rare and good tensile, bending, pressure and impact resistance, can be used as a structural material alone.

The softness, fracture elongation, and cold resistance of soft polychloroethylene will increase, but the brittleness, hardness, and tensile strength will decrease.

Polychloroethylene is a rare and good electrical insulation, which can be used as a low-frequency insulation material, and its chemical stability is also good. Due to the poor thermal stability of polychloroethylate, long-term
