The PVC cylinder and the transparent cylinder are sheets which are flattened, cut into a certain shape by a cutting machine, a die-cutting machine or a high-frequency machine, and then formed into a cylindrical shape by chemical bonding or ultrasonic bonding by means of a cylindrical machine. Then use a pre-blended cylinder cover and bottom to assemble together to form a complete transparent plastic cylinder.
