The origin of Blister products and the production process of Blister molding

1. Classification of plastic packaging

4. The requirements for the molding of the material


(1) plastic forming can only produce uniform products with uniform wall thickness (generally slightly chamfered), and can not produce plastic products with different wall thickness.


(2) the wall thickness of Blister molding is generally in the range of 1 to 2mm or thinner (the most commonly used sheet for small package blister packaging is 0.15 to 0.25mm).


(3). The tensile degree of the molded products is limited, the plastic container's diameter depth is not more than 1, and the extreme case should not exceed 1.5.


(4) plastic forming has poor dimensional accuracy, and its relative error is generally over one percent.
