Although the final version of the "Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products Plastic Packaging Products" has not yet been officially released, but from the draft, it is clear that the new standard will make important adjustments to the raw materials, production process, degradation performance, biocarbon content, printing, labeling and storage of plastic packaging products.
  
  First, adjust the standard name and scope of application
  
  The name of the original standard is defined as "packaging products", and with plastic packaging in the packaging industry in the four major materials occupy a proportion of 1/4, and the trend of increasing year by year, and the key environmental impact factors of plastic in the use and disposal stage, the new standard will be the name of "plastic packaging products ", the scope will be locked in the plastic packaging category.
  
  Second, the increase in raw materials and production process requirements
  
  ① do not use thermosetting plastics and foamed plastics as raw materials;
  
  ② product production process does not apply azo dyes;
  
  ③ product production process does not add GB/T 21928-2008 in the lead benzodicarboxylic acid ester plasticizers.
  
  Third, adjust the product requirements
  
  ① degradable plastics should meet the requirements of GB/T20197-2006 in the degradation performance;
  
  ② non-degradable plastics in the bio-carbon content should be greater than 20%, and incineration emissions of harmful substances in the exhaust gas should meet the requirements of QB/T4012-2010 in 5.2.8;
  
  ③ products in the four heavy metals lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium and its compounds, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers, solvent residues, etc. should meet the requirements of GB/T 10004-2008;
  
  ④ Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products in the vinyl chloride monomer content should meet the requirements of GB9681, polystyrene products in the styrene monomer content should meet the requirements of GB9692;
  
  ⑤ The product gravure printing process should comply with the requirements of HJ2539-2014.
