4, In order to improve the melt processability of PVC, PVC formula soluble melt processing, PVC formulations should add processing aids. Practice has proved that for rigid PVC products, no processing aids cannot be melt-molded and processed, but for soft PVC products, there is no or lack of processing aids, it is also difficult to shape. The processing aids of PVC are mainly acrylate resin (ACR) with good compatibility with PVC, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), chlorosulfonated polyethylene, methyl styrene polymer, MBS, ABS and so on. Note: The processing aid cannot add too much. If it exceeds 12PHR, the melt viscosity may be too low and the friction is too small to be extruded. In general, the amount of processing aids can be 5-8 PHR.
