Popularization of PEVA film knowledge

PEVA is polyethylene-vinyl acetate.

It is synthesized by blending PE and EVA materials, and has good flexibility and a little elasticity. The higher the proportion of PE, the more difficult it is to handle, and it is generally used as a production film. The ratio of these two chemicals is adjustable to meet different application needs. The higher the content of vinyl acetate (VA content), the higher the transparency, softness and toughness.

The characteristics of PEVA are:
1, Biodegradable: It will not cause harm to the environment when discarded or burned.

2, similar to the price of PVC: EVA is more expensive than toxic PVC, but relatively cheaper than phthalate-free PVC.

3, Lighter weight: EVA has a density ranging from 0.91 to 0.93, while PVC is 1.32.

4, no odor: EVA does not contain ammonia or other organic odor.

5, does not contain heavy metals: in line with the relevant international toy regulations (EN-71 Part 3 and ASTM-F963).

6, no phthalates: suitable for children's toys and will not produce plasticizer release risk.

7, high transparency, softness and toughness: the application range is very broad.

8, super low temperature resistance (-70C): suitable for icing environment.

9, water, salt and other substances: in the case of large applications

10, high heat paste: can be firmly attached to nylon, polyester, canvas and other fabrics.

11, low fitting temperature: can speed up production. Keep it steady.

12, silk screen printing and offset printing: can be used for more floral products (but must use EVA ink).
