PET blister box and PVC blister packaging

Blister is a production process of thermoforming. In the process of processing and production of blister boxes, the combination of temperature control and time has a direct relationship with the molding quality of blister.

All blister boxes are heated by film and then formed. In this process, the three factors of temperature, time and cooling are closely and inseparably coordinated. Because of the difference in materials, or because of the same material, but the thickness is not the same, there are many the same materials and sheet thickness, but because the structure of the blister box is specific, so in the process of processing, for each parameter The settings will also make a big difference. All of this must have a very rich operational production experience to be competent.

PET blister boxes are usually lower in temperature than PVC, and too high temperatures can affect the transparency of PET blister boxes. In the process of forming PET from PET to softening, the time is usually shorter than PVC blister. Therefore, PET blister has more output for the production of blister products of the same structure.

PVC is higher than PET in terms of baking time or heating temperature, but this is not absolute. Blister boxes made of PVC are better than PET blister packs in fit. Under certain conditions of use, this property of PVC is not a substitute for PET. In theory, in the process of processing PVC, slow heating, and then slowly cooling, so that the PVC permeable permeability produced will be significantly improved. Many new blister operators often follow this rule consciously or unconsciously. In general, as such, a significant quality improvement can be seen on some products. However, in many cases, it has not been found that the blister package produced by this operation has the lifting effect that can be distinguished by the naked eye.
