Moulds used in plastic packaging industry

          There are many kinds of moulds in blister packaging industry. First of all, the mould used in the blister machine is: plastic mould, plastic mold, plaster mold and upper mould. The plastic aluminum mold is usually carved with CNC computer, high quality, durable, suitable for mass production; the plastic copper mold is a thin layer of copper skin, filled with gypsum, this mold is also suitable for mass production, relative to the aluminum die, the heat transfer is poor, the service life is short. Gypsum mold is mainly used in small batch production and proofing, of which the hardness of the red gypsum is large and suitable for small batch production. The hardness of Huangshi paste is small, and it is mainly used for small sample. The upper mold is in the production process of plastic molding, it is necessary to apply a force on the top to promote the setting of the molding process. Generally, it is made of steel and attached with cloth. The die used for punching machine is: Iron knife mould, laser woodworking knife mould, hardware punch die, etc. The iron knife mold is mainly used in mechanical punching machine, and the laser cutter die is mainly used on hydraulic press. The special punching machine needs to be used for cutting special shaped products.


          In the later packaging, the mold used is the seal die, the high frequency mold and so on. With the sealing machine and the high frequency machine, the bubble shell and the bubble shell, or the bubble shell and the paper card are hot sealed together. The sheet materials used for plastic packaging used in plastic packaging are called hard slices or film, commonly used are: PET (Polyterephthalate two ester) hard slice, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) hard slice, PS (polystyrene) hard slice. PS is low density, poor toughness, easy to burn, when burning, it will produce styrene gas (a harmful gas), so it is generally used to produce a variety of industrial plastic tray. PVC hard piece toughness is moderate, it is not easy to burn. It will produce chlorine gas when burning. It has a certain influence on the environment. PVC is easy to heat in. It can be sealed by a sealing machine and high frequency machine. It is the main raw material for producing transparent plastic products. PET has good toughness, high transparency, easy combustion and no harmful gas when burning. It is an environmentally friendly material, but the price is high. It is suitable for high grade plastic products. The blister shell in European and American countries usually requires PET hard film, but it is not easy to heat, and it is difficult to package. In order to solve this problem, people adopt the problem. A material called PETG ethylene glycol modified poly (ethylene terephthalate) glycol, which has both the susceptibility to PVC and the high environmental and transparency of PET, but a higher price.
