Most of the anodized aluminum is made of polyester film as a carrier (film base), coated with a resin layer of alcohol-soluble pigments and dyes, vacuum-sprayed metal aluminum, copper and organic color dyes, and then coated with an adhesive layer. It is stamped on books, plastics, leather and other materials (commonly known as hot copper, aluminum and color anodized aluminum) by the embossing of metal engraving, metal corrosion or photosensitive resin plate heat press or air embossing of curved surface, which greatly improves The added value of packaging, printing and decoration.
    But at present, due to the shortage of anodized aluminum resources, the high price, the waste pollution and the prolonged processing time for photoengraving, it has long been unable to meet the requirements of the packaging and printing industry, let alone the needs of the advertising and building materials industries. Therefore, it is imperative to find a high-quality and low-cost alternative to plateless hot stamping ink.
    Based on the above research, we have carried out the analysis of the properties of anodized aluminum and the research work on the hot stamping ink products. After repeated tests, trial production and comparative demonstration, the hot stamping ink we developed can be close to the effect of using anodized aluminum on printing materials, and the ink system is rich in raw material resources, and the price is higher than that of the traditional anodized aluminum duty room. In the hot stamping ink system, we boldly use Tianjin Lisheng Chemical Factory's:
    ①Introducing antioxidants to improve the resistance of hot stamping products;
    ②Introduce anti-ultraviolet absorber to enhance and prolong the quality characteristics of hot stamping products;
    ③Introduce stabilizer to improve the stability of hot stamping ink during storage and transportation.
    After using the test, it has been proved that it can not only replace the hot stamping of anodized aluminum on the traditional round flattening or flattening printing machinery, but also more suitable for the rotary round pressing and round mass direct hot stamping and manual normal temperature or heating hot stamping technology. The development of this product has opened up a new hot stamping method for my country's packaging industry, cultural and educational propaganda, building materials, and advertising accessories.
