Factors affecting the production of stationery blister pack

1. The blister mold of the stationery blister packaging box is very important. The heating parts need to be even around, the height should be consistent, and there are no multiple joints, otherwise the blister effect will be poor;

  2. Control the temperature and pressure time of the blister machine. If the film burns out, it means that the temperature is too high or the heat pressing time is too long.

  3. Stationery blister packaging boxes include various blister oils, such as ordinary blister oil, environmentally friendly blister oil, and strong blister oil. Different blister oils correspond to different blister materials. For example, PET materials need white red pine paper and environmentally friendly blister oil, and PVC materials can be mixed with gray bottom and ordinary blister oil.

  4. The ink has a great influence on the blister effect of the stationery blister packaging box. There will be a large area of printing on the surface of the blister packaging box, especially the fluorescent ink, which needs to be overblown after it is completely dried.

         5. After the printed stationery blister packaging box is dried, a blister test is required.

   6. The stationery blister packaging box can be dropped after packing.
