Production Process

1: Mold making and processing: According to the requirements or sample specifications, firstly, the plastic mold is made. Under normal conditions, the plastic packaging mold is made by gypsum, but the wood carving and metal carving products are also used as the mold, and the plaster mold is well made. After that, let it dry naturally or completely, and then use the 1-2 mm drill to drill many small holes in the low concave of the product packaging without affecting the surface of the product. If it is a box or the like It is also necessary to drill some small holes in the periphery of the four sides, so that the air can be extracted when the plastic is produced, and the plaster mold is hardened after the mold is drilled, and the hardening treatment method is to soak with the concentrated liquid of the concentrated alum. Dry it out.

2: After the mold is completely dried, the mold is placed on the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, and then the plastic sheet is loaded into a suitable size according to the size of the mold, and then the sheet is placed in a heating wooden cabinet to be completely fixed. Then, the wooden cabinet and the plastic sheet are placed on a constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.

3: The softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet is placed in a vacuum chamber, and the suction switch is activated to suck the vacuum chamber air. After the plastic sheet is cooled, the same concave package or process mold as the mold is obtained.赣州Plastic packaging

4: Blister packaging and finishing; the finished product is trimmed and finished as a finished product, which can be sold after being packaged.

Mold selection

Blister packaging molds generally have three types: plaster mold, electroplated copper mold and aluminum mold.

Plaster mold: Engraved with gypsum in a semi-wet state, and then dried into a mold. The plaster mold is low in cost and easy to modify, but the plaster mold is not high enough, the surface is not smooth and fragile and not durable, so it is often used to fight佯, do molds for electroplated copper molds or some blister molds that require less high-volume production.

Aluminum mold: It is machined by machine (lathe, milling machine, CNC, etc.) with aluminum ingot. The aluminum mold has high precision, smooth surface and durability, but the price is very expensive, and the aluminum mold is generally used in a plastic product which cannot meet the high precision copper mold.

Electroplated copper mold: After the sample is made of gypsum mold, electroplating a copper shell is an electroplated copper mold. The cost is higher than that of the plaster mold, but it is much cheaper than the aluminum mold. Because of its smooth and durable surface, low cost, electroplating Copper mold is the most commonly used type of plastic mold.
