According to the introduction, the city brain IOC centre is mainly composed of the city dashboard, decision making command platform and big data service platform and other parts. Among them, the city dashboard comprehensively integrates operational data from various fields, forms a key physical indicators (KPI) system for city operation through data correlation and fusion, and uses big data visualisation technology to comprehensively present the comprehensive situation of city operation, perceive the risks and development trends of city operation, and form a "panorama of the operation of the development zone"; it also provides a comprehensive analysis of key indicators such as economy, people's livelihood, security, transportation and utilities. The "Development Zone Operation Panorama" is formed, and key areas such as economy, people's livelihood, security, transportation and public utilities are presented in modules.
