1. Injection tray: Injection tray is the largest variety of plastic pallets in China. Since the 1980s, China has introduced foreign equipment to produce injection-molded pallets. However, due to various factors such as cost, the market has never been opened. It has created conditions for the expansion of general-purpose industrial plastic pallets.

2. Blow molding tray: At present, there are fewer manufacturers of plastic trays produced by China's blow molding process, and the annual production capacity has reached 500,000 pieces. It is generally produced from high molecular weight high density polyethylene (HWMHDPE). Both mechanical and manual forklifts can be used. Double-sided pallets can be used on both sides for extended service life. At present, such blow molding trays are mainly used in places where high-strength use is required in petrochemical, chemical, railway transportation, and large freight yards.

 

The purpose of the plastic tray:

1 In the production plant, storage and turnover parts. The disposable tray is thin and used only once, and the tray material for repeated turnover is thick, strong and can be used multiple times.

The second type of blister tray or internal tray is the plastic inner box for the set tool. It is usually placed in the injection box and the blow molding box. It is made of thick PS material and can be used repeatedly for a long time.

2 Plastic packaging inner boxes for various food snacks, because of direct contact with food, often use high transparency, environmentally friendly, non-toxic PET and BOPS materials.

3 plastic packaging inner box of various high-end products (cosmetics, mobile phones, wine), mainly for protection and setting off, generally using colored PS and flocking PS.
