Blister packaging process introduction

Blister is a plastic processing technology, the main principle is to flatten the plastic hard sheet heating soft, vacuum adsorption on the mold surface, after cooling molding, widely used in plastic packaging, lighting, advertising, decoration and other industries.

Blister packaging: The use of plastic technology to produce plastic products, and use the corresponding equipment to the product of the general term.

Blister packaging products include: blister, tray, blister box, synonym: vacuum cover, blisters and so on.

The main advantages of blister packaging are: saving raw and auxiliary materials, light weight, convenient transportation, good sealing performance, and meeting the requirements of environmental protection green packaging; can package any special-shaped products, packing without additional buffer material; the packaged product is transparent and visible, Beautiful appearance, easy to sell, and suitable for mechanization and automatic packaging, convenient for modern management, saving manpower and improving efficiency

Blister packaging equipment mainly includes: plastic molding machine, punch, sealing machine, high frequency machine, folding machine.

Packaged packaging products can be divided into: card, card, double-bubble shell, half-bubble shell, folded shell, three-fold bubble shell and so on.

Blister box commonly used raw materials:

Blister boxes of raw materials are: PVC, PS, PP, PET, PETG and flocking, anti-static, conductive and other materials.

Specific production process:

1: mold production and processing.

2: The mold treatment is dried and softened.

3: The softened and processed plastic piece is placed in a vacuum chamber together with a wooden cabinet. The suction switch is actuated, and the vacuum indoor air is suctioned and cleaned. After the plastic piece is cooled, the same concave package or process mold is obtained.

4: Bubble shell: The transparent plastic hard sheet is made into transparent plastic with a certain convex shape by using a plastic blister process, and covers the surface of the product to protect and beautify the product. Also known as blisters, vacuum covers

5: Tray: Also called plastic inner tray, the plastic hard sheet is made into a special grooved plastic by a plastic blister process, and the product is placed in the groove to protect and beautify the product.

6: Flocking Inner tray: It is a kind of blister tray using special materials. It sticks a layer of velvety material on the surface of ordinary plastic hard sheets, so that the surface of the tray has a kind of velvet texture, which is used to improve the grade of packaging products. .

7: Anti-static tray: It is a plastic tray with special materials. The surface resistance of the material is less than 10 11 ohms. It is mainly used for plastic trays for electronics and IT products.

8: Blister mold: mold for plastic production, the lowest cost is plaster mold, followed by electroplated copper mold, the most expensive is aluminum mold. The mold is drilled with small holes for the vacuum adsorption of the heated hard sheet to form a plastic product.

9: Blister molding: It is the plastic blister that we often talk about. It adopts a plastic molding machine to absorb the plastic soft film heated and softened on the surface of the mold. After cooling, it forms a plastic with concave and convex shapes.

10: Blister cutting: the plastic product after the plastic molding passes through a punch press, and the large sheet is cut into a single product by a die cutter.

11: Folding: There is a kind of card packaging in the blister packaging products. The three sides of the blister shell need to be folded back to the back with the folding machine, so that in the next packaging process, the paper card is inserted into the hem and the insertion is formed. Card packaging.

12: Sealing by heat sealing: It is a blister-packaging technology. The paper card coated with plastic oil on the surface is heat-sealed together with a blister to form a blister card package.

13: high-frequency sealing: It is a plastic packaging process, using high-frequency machine to generate high frequency, the bubble shell and bubble shell bonded together to form a double blister packaging.

14: Ultrasonic sealing: It is a blister packaging process. Ultrasonic machines are used to generate ultrasonic waves. The blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister package. Unlike the high frequency sealing, the ultrasonic wave can not only seal the PVC. , PETG material, PET material can also be sealed, and no electromagnetic damage to the packaged products, especially suitable for electronic product packaging; The inadequacies of the ultrasonic sealing edge can only be the point of the gap, and usually only one straight at a time side.
