Blister box packaging method

        Heat sealing: It is a blister packaging process. The paper card coated with plastic oil on the surface is heat sealed with a blister to form a blister card package.


        Ultrasonic sealing: It is a blister packaging process. Ultrasonic machine is used to generate ultrasonic waves. The blister and the blister are bonded together to form a double blister package. Unlike the high frequency sealing, the ultrasonic wave can not only seal PVC, PETG. The material can also be sealed with PET material, and there is no electromagnetic damage to the packaged product, which is especially suitable for the packaging of electronic products; the disadvantage is that the ultrasonic sealing can only be separated by dots, and generally only one straight edge is sealed at a time.


        High-frequency sealing: It is a blister packaging process that uses a high-frequency machine to generate high-frequency, and bonds the blister to the blister to form a double blister package. Blister packaging: a general term for the production of plastic products by the blister process and packaging of the products with the corresponding equipment. Blister packaging products include: blister, tray, and synonyms: vacuum cover, blister and so on. The main advantages of blister packaging are that it saves raw and auxiliary materials, is light in weight, convenient in transportation, good in sealing performance, and meets the requirements of environmentally friendly green packaging; it can package any shaped products, no additional buffering material is required for packing; the packaged products are transparent and visible. Beautiful appearance, easy to sell, and suitable for mechanization, automated packaging, easy modern management, saving manpower and improving efficiency. The antistatic tray is made of blister and PP plastic with special materials. The surface resistance of the material is 10 to the power of 6 or 10 to the power of 10 to 10 to the 11th power ohm. Main use: Eliminate static electricity, and use it in the turnover, packaging, storage and transportation of electronic devices and products. The industry is also known as anti-static tray; the height of the tray is generally less than 100mm; suitable for precision electronic component turnover containers, according to the requirements of customer electronic components, so there are different requirements on the size.
