Baling Petrochemical Synthetic Rubber Division undertakes the "Development of Oil-Extended SBR Devolatilization Technology" project, which pioneered the complete set of devolatilization technology for SBR. This project is based on the research team of Baling Petrochemical Synthetic Rubber Division that completed the pilot technology development of high-performance solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber in 2012, carried out the development of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber devolatilization technology, and formed a 10,000-ton SSBR complete set of production technology. . The project of "development of new brand of SBSYH-185 with high wear resistance and high strength for shoes" implemented by the Synthetic Rubber Division of Baling Petrochemical has developed a new technology of asymmetric triblock coupling SBS, and determined the quality of the new brand SBSYH-185. Structure and process parameters. Compared with similar products in the world, the products of this project have the characteristics of high wear resistance, high strength and good elasticity. One Chinese invention patent has been applied for, and the technology and products are at the international advanced level. The application results show that the various performance indicators of the new SBS brand developed by Baling Petrochemical can meet the new requirements of the shoe industry for the performance of SBS for shoes.
