This project of Zijiang Color Printing aims to develop a green, environmentally friendly, low-crystal-point polyolefin original film material for anti-theft label printing that can be used for self-adhesive labels, so as to realize the harmlessness of the production process and the lighter weight of the product. Due to the increasingly strict management of waste disposal in the country, traditional PVC shrink labels will produce harmful substances such as dioxins during waste disposal. Therefore, the development of original label films with independent intellectual property rights is of great significance.
The project adopts the conversion to more environmentally friendly polyolefin materials. The product has the characteristics of uniform film surface, strong adhesive force, high stiffness, excellent printing and slitting performance, and certain anti-theft performance. The project uses multi-layer co-extrusion and upward blown film technology to develop a wide-width, high-strength, non-stretched printing label original film; with independent research and development of patented technology, the film is improved by reducing film crystal points. The transparency and flatness provide a good foundation for subsequent printing processing.
The new products can meet the application requirements of different types of self-adhesive labels of customers, such as food, packaging, daily chemical, medicine, electronic appliances, logistics and other industries. At present, it has entered small batch production and passed the test of Shanghai Institute of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Technology. All performance indicators meet the requirements of national regulations and have been unanimously recognized by customers. The comprehensive technology has reached the domestic leading level after the novelty search of the Shanghai Science and Technology Novelty Search and Consultation Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Independent research and development technology has obtained related invention and utility model patent authorization.
