The M1 mirrorless camera body weighs only 280 grams, has simple controls (almost all control buttons have been replaced by smartphone-style touchscreens), and is easy to operate, and has been well-received since its debut late last year. The handle made of Arnitel material is comfortable to grip while preventing the camera from slipping out of your hand while shooting. Xiaoyi Technology is popular with customers who are currently taking photos with their mobile phones and who want to improve their photography skills.
While this is Arnitel's first foray into digital camera grip applications, it has already had considerable success in the electronics industry, which produces wearables. Arnitel is widely used in various watch straps and smartphone cases. In addition, it is also very suitable for two-shot structural parts, which can provide excellent protection and beautiful appearance on the one hand, and can also exert its excellent adhesion to polycarbonate materials on the other hand. In fact, the handle of the M1 camera is a two-shot product, which combines Arnitel with polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene alloy material (PC/ABS) perfectly.
In all cases, the designers took advantage of Arnitel's excellent touch and feel. Arnitel does not irritate or cause skin irritation (this polymer has been certified by the US Pharmacopeia and International Standards Organization for biocompatibility of electronic devices), is resistant to sweat, skin oils, and other liquids, It also has an inherently high resistance to solar UV rays and can be easily processed in high volumes simply by injection molding. Arnitel can be used in wrap-around structures with other thermoplastics such as ABS, thermoplastic polyester and polycarbonate. It is fully recyclable.
