Why does the blister box have a tight seal?

1. Does the raw material used have high-frequency heat sealing characteristics?

In the blister box industry, the material that conforms to the use of blister packaging and has high heat-sealing characteristics is PVC, followed by PETG. In the case of tight sealing, it is necessary to exclude whether PET is used, because PET itself has poor hot-pressing properties, which may cause insufficient heat sealing strength. In addition, paper cards need to be coated with blister oil.

2. Is the paper card blister heat seal mold damaged?

High-frequency molds are required for high-frequency sealing of blister cards. Place the blister box in a high-frequency mold, and then seal the paper card. If the surface of the high-frequency mold is uneven or other abnormality occurs, it is very likely that the heat sealing of a certain area is not strict.

3.Is there a problem with the time, temperature, pressure and other parameters of the paper card blister heat sealing machine?

For different materials, different thicknesses of plastic blister and different types of paper cards, the sealing time, temperature and pressure settings are different.
