Then how can we control the appearance of bubbles in the custom gift box packaging? 

        

        1. Because the captain did not adjust the proper position when debugging the machine, the distance between the two sides of the paper was uneven, and the height was low on one side; the glue on the paper was over-coated, and some places were not glued. Bubbles can be seen in the box without the glue.

        2. When the glue does not reach the temperature we need when heating, the surface paper starts to glue, resulting in the glue not completely melting, the micelles appearing, the glue is uneven, the cells are easy to rise, and the bubbles are easy.

        3. Bubbles in the grease, dust, or cardboard itself during the production of the packaging box.

        4. the rainy season is easy to foam, because in the rainy season, it often rains, humidity, resulting in a large amount of water in our cardboard and paper, air, so that the paper and cardboard are not well bonded, easy to bubble.

        5. When the glue is too large, the glue will not be ejected from the paper and cardboard.

        6. the glue is too small, so that the glue can not completely cover the surface of the paper. When the paper and paperboard are bonded together, because the glue is less, the glue on the paper will not stick to the cardboard, and the glue will not be inserted into the cardboard.
