Kodak and Guiton Group Limited have partnered to open a brand new digital printing center on a small island in the English Channel between France and the United Kingdom.

Equipped with two Kodak Prosper 6000P presses, the centre can print more than 35,000 newspapers per day, including major newspapers in the Channel Islands such as Jersey and Guernsey. The center also prints the New Jersey Evening News in full color.

The opening ceremony was attended by Philip Cullimore, President of Kodak's Inkjet Systems Division, John Averty, Chairman of Guiton Group Limited, Jack Knadjian, Director of KP Services Limited New Jersey Branch, and Lyndon Farnham, Minister of Economic Development.
