Blister packaging molding process

The structure of the blister is different from the injection molding. The understanding of the construction of plastic blister is an effective manifestation of the professional quality of blister practitioners.

Blistering is the process of stretching from the surface and down from the surface. In most of the blister forming processes, the film is softened by the heat of the temperature, and then vacuum is applied to form positive and negative pressures inside and outside the mold, thereby stretching downward. No matter which country or manufacturer manufactures the blister machine, the molding principle of the blister machine they produce is the same. In the process of downward stretching, the size of the convex and concave, the square circle and other various shapes are formed.

The production process of all blister packaging products is from plane to convex and concave. In this process, there are many variables, which can produce all kinds of blister packaging, blister of various shapes and sizes. Not only the ordinary square, but also the shape of other objects and animals, like fish or other animals, as well as masks. In some special shape forming, it may be impossible to complete a single processing, which is required to be completed by other subsequent production processes. However, the early stage of thermoforming is the most critical step; many plastic manufacturers do not have a comprehensive system of control over some special structures, so they can't look at the overall situation, so they can only do nothing about this type of plastic products.

The molding process of blister because there is only one process of downward stretching. It is not as fluid as injection molding, in a process of just a few ten seconds, or even a few seconds, from a flat sheet to a variety of shapes of blister packaging products. This process is a comprehensive manifestation of the strength of a plastic manufacturer.
