1. What is PVC material?


(Polyvinyl Chloride, abbreviated as PVC) resin is a thermoplastic polymer polymerized from Vinyl Chloride Monomer (VCM). It is made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the main raw material, adding appropriate amount of anti-aging agent, modifier, etc., by mixing, calendering, vacuum absorbing and other processes. PVC is an amorphous polymer, containing crystallinity 5% -10 % of microcrystals (melting point 175 degrees).


PVC sheet is a widely used and popular material. PVC film can be divided into food grade and industrial grade, and can be made into transparent, color, anti-static, gold-plated, flocking and other various sheets. In vacuum forming, its characteristics are mainly high transparency, good surface gloss, less crystal point, small water grain, wide application, strong impact resistance, and easy molding. The finished product meets the US FDA and Japanese PL food hygiene standards. Widely used in toys, food, electronic products, medicine, electrical appliances, gifts, cosmetics, stationery and other products packaging.


2. What is PET material?


Polyethylene terephthalate (English): Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a common resin in life and can be divided into APET, RPET, PETG.


PET sheet is a new material developed in recent years with its excellent toughness, high strength, high transparency, and recyclable recycling, burning and not producing harmful gas, excellent environmental performance, and gradually being greatly affected by consumers and producers. Green 昧; conform to the trend of environmental protection.

1. With excellent transparency and smoothness, the display effect is good.

2. Excellent surface decoration performance, can be printed without surface treatment, easy to press pattern, easy metal treatment (vacuum metal plating)

It has good thermoforming performance and is equivalent to ordinary PVC sheet. It can be vacuum molded to produce PET thermoformed products with excellent performance. PET sheet is considered to be an ideal packaging material that meets environmental protection requirements.


 


3. What is ps material?


English name is Polystyrene, PS for short, polystyrene (PS) ordinary polystyrene resin is non-toxic. Odorless. Colorless transparent particles, like glass brittle material. Its products have high transparency, light transmittance can be Up to 90%, good electrical insulation performance, easy coloring, good processing fluidity, good rigidity and good chemical resistance. The disadvantages of ordinary polystyrene are that it is brittle, the impact strength is low, stress cracking is easy, heat resistance is poor, and boiling water is not resistant.


PS sheet is a new type of environmentally-friendly packaging material developed in recent years. It is widely used in medicine, food, toys, electronics and clothing due to its excellent thermoforming properties, good anti-smashing performance, environmental performance and hygienic performance.

1. Low static electricity, suitable for packaging that requires low static electricity.

2. Easy to vacuum form, and the product has good anti-defense performance.

3. It has good hygienic properties and can be directly in contact with food without harmful or harmful.

4. It is easy to color and can be made into materials of different colors to produce vacuum covers of different colors.

5. Good hardness, such sheet material has better hardness than other sheet materials of the same thickness. The thermoformed cup can be used as a hot and cold drink cup.

6. It meets the requirements of environmental protection, can be recycled and reused, and when it is incinerated, it does not produce harmful substances that are harmful to the environment.

4. What is pp material?


Abbreviation for Polypropylene, Chinese name is polypropylene, commonly known as 100% plastic


PP sheet is made of PP resin by beer, calendering, trimming and other processes. It has light weight, smooth surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical extinction. It is non-toxic and can be made into daily necessities such as beverage cups and food boxes after thermoforming.

main feature:

1. It can be used at 100 °C for a long time and can withstand high temperature bacteria treatment at 121 °C. It has outstanding moisture resistance and reliable hygienic performance and is widely used in food packaging. With excellent folding performance, it can be made into stationery clips, boxes and so on.
