"C60" material: Mom no longer has to worry about my phone fa

What is the most distressing thing for widescreen phone users? Just accidentally dropped the phone on the ground, picked it up and saw that the screen was broken! The British "Daily Mail" reported on June 2 that a team of international researchers has developed a new magical material composed of semiconductor molecules, which is light, durable and stable, and is expected to solve the long-standing problem of broken screens.

An international team of researchers from Queen's University has jointly developed a new material, which is composed of a semiconductor called "C60", which is composed of graphene and hexagonal boron nitride layered. Conductive properties, so it is easy to mass-produce.

This material is a very unique combination. While hexagonal boron nitride provides stability and conductivity, C60 can also convert sunlight into electricity; in addition, because of its different architecture, it can also reduce power consumption and delay battery life, and reduce the occurrence of electric shock.

However, because the architecture of graphene and new materials lacks the key to switch operation in electronic devices - the band gap, it has not been used for the time being. The research team said they have found a solution and look forward to the new material being available as soon as possible.
